I guess it depends on which language. For ABAP, Grok seems the most reliable among the free ones. Also, I’ve experienced terrible hallucinations in it when the conversation exceeds a few thousand lines including generated code.
For large context and long chats nothing competes with gemini. And for hallucinations and accurate answers you can use instructions. This is what I use in chatgpt 5.
