On our old forums we had 100 x 100 pixels with the current size 19.5 KB,now we have 80 x 80 pixels :(,most avatars are 100 x100 if you can change that to our old system with 100 x 100 that will be much apprecited.
actually we had 100X100 but id did not look good on the welcome panel… So had to decrease it a bit …

And resizing a gif file means larger file size! 
is there any tool that can be added to the board whereby if a person uses a larger size pic it automatically resizes to the allowed size ?
