Just fyi, performance of these devices (incl whether they will even work from one floor to another) depend a lot on your home/office internal electrical wiring layout so don’t assume anything unless you actually try them at your place.

Received the package today, working great. Initial tests show a iperf throughput of around 200 Mbps, which appears decent-ish. Will try it at different locations within the house.
