dude i dunno a shit about abourt file sharing till now i was jolly stuck up to mtnla and have just moved up on my network neighbourhood only 1 comp showa up howsoever my lan id id 198.168.102.66 and subnet mask is 255.255.255.0

I too use Pacenet , but not a single user onBorg Chat.
Rather i have very few ppl in my LAN.
Donno some problem they have like seperated the LAN.
Earlier i used to see many workgroups not hardly 2-3 are there.
Also we used Network Assistant , but that was 1+1/2 yrs ago.
your ISP has segmented the network he is put either multiple lan cards on the server or a manegable switch.
