Does overclocking really make a difference?

I meant not all games, OCing really helps in TF2. :ashamed:

TF2 has major FPS drop..40+ (unplayable../lag) if I dont OC my e6320 to 3.0Ghz

Prolly other games do soo too, but I dont play anything else to confirm it.

As far as I know, OC’ing makes a good difference when playing games that utilize cpu power.
