Why don’t you guys encourage REPUTATION system ? It really boosts more quality topics from my observation on other forums.
We already have Reputation System in place and don have any restrictions on its usage as well. Members can freely use it if they feel/think any post deserves to be reputed. Make sure the system isn’t abused. We don want overflow of reputations, if u know wat I mean. 
Apart from Reputation, we also have a Thread Rating System which tells a person of how good the topic is , in the view of other members.
This, if used properly will also be a good system.
I think no one knows about it. I didn’t until a minute ago.

The subject of my Thread is “Encourage Rep system” not “Where is the REP system” 
The button is not clearly noticeable so many don’t know it.
