I feel that the current feedback system is very restrictive. Positive, neutral or negative feedback gives very little information. We have several instances where the seller was not responsive enough, or the shipping was unduly delayed, packaging was very poor, etc. We could probably have 3 or 4 different categories for each sale feedback. Like, rating for communication, for shipping, overall, etc. Similarly for buyers too. Others would probably chip in with better suggestions.
