one month isnt a huge delay. One of my frens samsunf hdd took 3 months for local rma. Its a well known dealer and RMAs are usually quick, but dun know why they said samsung hdds are a real pain.
its always better to deal wit the local dealer!! especially if the prize diffrence is not much!!
