Selling my ROG Ally Z1 Extreme, bought recently on impulse thinking I’d enjoy handheld gaming. But after a few sessions, I realized it’s just not for me — I’m more comfortable gaming on my desktop setup.
The device is barely used, in mint condition, and comes with all original accessories along with a protective case and amFilm tempered glass (1 applied, 2 unused). Figured it’s better to let someone else enjoy it rather than have it sit unused.
Details:
Purchased less than a month ago.
Comes with original box, charger, and cable.
From day one, a tempered glass screen protector (from amFilm 3-pack) has been applied — remaining 2 included.
Also includes an Amazon-purchased protective case.
Accessories (tempered glass + case) worth nearly ₹2,000 included free.
Verification:

I’m curious, was it the small screen factor or posture/ergonomics. What titles were you playing on this? It’s a pretty darn good mini/mobile PC for AA/indie gaming and streaming from your main PC. I’m scouting for such a device myself (not rog ally form factor, more gpd win/ayaneo flip type), which made me curious as to why you’d reject this. GLWS
Currently holding it for Tom_Clancy, as he was the first to comment on the thread. I’m following a first come, first serve approach to keep things fair. Will update the thread if the status changes.
I played a mix of titles on it — mostly the Saints Row series, and platformers like Limbo and Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair. It’s definitely an impressive mini Windows PC — no doubt about that. I usually enjoy games like Need for Speed, Assassin’s Creed, and more demanding AAA titles on my main setup.
That said, I’ve been gaming since I was around 4–5 years old, and I’ve always used a keyboard and mouse. So personally, I just couldn’t get comfortable with the joystick ergonomics, even after giving it a fair shot. Plus, I already have a powerful desktop and a capable laptop, so this ended up being rarely used. Figured it’s better to pass it on to someone who’ll make the most of it.
GL with your search too — those GPD Win and Ayaneo Flip devices look super interesting!
Rog Ally received and it was as in described condition, the best. Remaining payment sent to seller. Good deal. Looking forward doing more deals with you.
The Ally was sold for 31K and it included three tempered glass(one already applied) and a back case. For shipping, it would’ve only cost around 200-300, but since it’s a high value item, i took insured shipping which added 1000 rs to shipping charges, around 1200 ish rupees.
