Good GPU for 1080p gaming under 10k(used)

I need a budget GPU around 10k just to play cyberpunk 2077 at 1080p mid/high. I have been looking around and ended up on:

gtx 1660 super

Rtx 3050

rx 6600

Im not going to play many newer entries so i don’t mind if it doesn’t perform well in future games as long as it hits 60fps native.Since I’ve been using the uhd for years and anything is better.

Is there any other better cards I’m missing? I searched around and these land around that 10k ballpark

I don’t need something newer since my CPU will bottleneck.

My specs:

CPU: i3-10105

12 gig RAM

I don’t play games though 1660 Super can do the job!

1660S which comes under your budget or 2060S slightly bit high but better performance.
