Yes…it is a virus…as confirmed by some online scans too.(am online without anti-virus atm so cannot check personally.)

Though effects not known apart from a cursor change which is nullified on the reapplication of theme/cursors.

Had received that file in an April Fool’s Email.
The application changes the Cursor to April Fool…
Had scanned with Symantec Antivirus.
Again, sorry for the trouble, had no intention of spreading the virus. Will take care in future before doing the same…

Please give an yahoo id, if you have one, else will have to email (upload) it from gmail again…
chang the file virus.zip to virus.xyz and send it to his gmail id. dont foget to mention in the email to change it back
