I am also having similar issue with my system since yesterday night.
But instead of red light, yellow light is on, which means dram issue.

I bought all the parts 2weeks ago.
How the issue started:
First the issue started with fans not turning off occasianally after shutdown, had to turn off main swich.
Then when playing game, pc suddenly got stuck , nothing is working. Turned off main switch.
Then tried to start , getting stuck on yellow.
Removed one stick (from 4th slot), then cleared cmos , it booted into OS.
Later inserted another , cleared cmos, now ever since getting stuck.
Tried to boot with the same stick it booted, still not booting.
Pressed clear CMOS button, removed cmos battery, left unplugged for whole night(to drain ),
tried in the morning with both sticks: getting stuck on yellow.
Only booted once after stuck/crash.
Behaviour after removing cmos:
Red light on then yellow light and then again red and yellow, this cycle continous for 7 times, finally getting stuck on yellow.
Acc to chatgpt, this cycle means the cpu(or mobo) is trying to train memory or something like that.
Have you tried shorting the jumper pins?
I had similar issues in the past but it was just Ants. shorted back side of PSU PCB , sometimes Mobo and RAM were getting crazy voltages

I took it to a local shop and tested on their bench ,its the motherboard that has failed ,cpu ram all worked fine , don’t know whether should i just jumpt to am5 or get a good am4 board
