Going with the sales, awards and personal preference ! It has to be Hl2 followed by Farcry and doom 3 !

Farcry is an excellent masterpiece! Just checked it out on a friend’s PC 2 dayz ago! 
For me it will be Doom3 all he way .There are 2 reasons for tht ,
- Most technically advanced game engine ever.
- Mindless shooter
For me its not the storyline tht makes me play but its the graphics and the adranaline rush .
I see a lot of ppl sayin HL2 has awesome physics… isnt the havoc engine beeing used in HL2 ,so its not HL2 but havoc tht is responsible.
As for FarCry…its nice but tooo cartoonish and also the gameplay is like IGI where u take out all the enemies frm far off places or hide at corner and wait for them to come 1 by 1 and take em out easily.

Did you even play Farcry… Before compareing it to IGI try finishing the game… Then we will talk… DOOM III scripted… Linear… Farcry… Non Scripted… Multiple ways to end a level… DOOM III level of replyablity Zero… Farcry… Well you would have to finish the game to comment on that… DOOM III has a great engine thats it… And we still havent seen that engine outdoors… Farcry Good indoor Amazing at outdoors…
d00d i did finish FarCry… I had to leave HL2 in the middle b’coz of tht stupid memory error .
Multiple ways to finish makes u choose the easiest way and u will be takin the same way everytime .IGI doesnt make u drive jeeps n stuff but on foot it is the same as farcry.Lot of times the bots act weird and for the storyline… c’mon it was so damn predictable.
Man this is just my opinion so…

Ok then I will give you a 5 liter v12 engine that pumps out 600BHP, and a sad ass gearbox and tyres, The Engine surely is a revolutionary technology and the sound it makes is just testosterone pumping…U mean to say u’ll enjoy the driving experience as much as the driving experience in a car with 400BHP, slick cogbox and tyres???

Real faltu logic there but it would still be better than the v8 with good tyres and shifts but one that needs to refuel every 500mts.

Doom3 is like a real fast BMW goin on a deserted highway with not much turns,pretty linear but u can show of ur stunts (i mean reflexes in the game) and farcry is like driving a maruthi in city crowded roads where u can make ur way out in lot of different ways.
And i like to drive a BMW even though linear ,i love the pace .And one more thing …Just B’coz u guyz like FarCry dont expect everyone will .Now stop flaming .

has to be doom3 for sheer brilliant graphic detail, also just finished Ressurection of evil…the guys at id sure know how to scare the hell outta you !
also doom3 has brilliant sounds,…play it with good headphones on, and listen to the women n babies crying thru the game…very neat !!
