You have shared your username password with how mnay people or you are using whose account ?
Check your device history . If it has many unkown its shared too much , more than Mota bhai would prefer

How often were you switching between devices and what kind of devices(TV, laptop, mobile)? Were you on same network while switching?
Try on different mobile and check the behavior. Try ona diff. pc as well.

I have switched more 4x a day between mobile and pc when I was on plan I got for free when I recharged jio yearly plan and i never had issues with it
got unblocked after 24hrs luckily
Have experienced this earlier, and customer care were clueless about the reason
What does even constititute malicious activity for a streaming app? Weird
