The bank resolved the UPI dispute in my favor.
I think this just made me a lifelong customer of Federal Bank
And a lifelong avoider of xfurbish.com ha

Glad you got the money back. I’m also putting the site on my blacklist.
I wish we shared a similar experience with Federal Bank. I closed my Jupiter - Federal account last year due to terrible customer service for KYC.
