Blown in recent 6 month before that the inverter blown up 2 times . How to prevent this? Any suggestions .

Something is seriously wrong here, you should call an electrician.
Was the extension also running on the inverter?
What charger is that?
It looks like something failed inside the charger, which caused the extension’s fuse to blow.
Have blownup a couple adpaters-
champion 15W triple port for rs 130 (recently)
and techphile 100W Gan power for rs 3000 (years ago)
Both had no over temperature (and overcurrent) protection. and both ended up splattering black magic dust around the socket.
make sure the one you’re buying is either from a reputable brand or comes with protections inbuilt.

Edit: the issue seems to be on the electrical side

I was about to purchase couple of GaN chargers of this brand.
6 years ago my TP Link single pin charger burnt out and I have to buy another replacement for it. It burnt out in our 40 years old house and now since 5 years we are living in a 10 year old house which has all RCBs so not yet burnt.
