They have made it as clear as possible. Not sure how people still find it hard to read/comprehend. Can you tell us what is confusing about this? I understand you were able to access it before but rules change, they are not carved in stone.

You can get market access and ability to send Direct Message in one of the following ways
Participate: Minimum 25 posts in technical sections and 30 days on the forum.
Enclave Plus: Gain accelerated market and DM access.
