Feedback for evelta.com
Bought a few items from Evelta and it was a hassle free experience. Prompt shipping and the response to queries were quick and professional. The prices were lower too !!

Hmm interesting observation, I get what you mean but not very concrete evidence In my opinion, perhaps the only way would be to bet my money and see what comes of it.
They do seem to use Razorpay so some credibility is there I guess?
Message them on whatsapp, ask if in stock can I order?

I ordered some stuff a month or so ago. They WhatsAppd me next day saying that it was out of stock. Took my UPI id and refunded the amount.

I did ask them, they replied they will check and ghosted me

https://www.electropi.in/ is a fraud site - had a bad experience with them recently.
I should have see @rsaeon message about them earlier… oh well!

this is basically the same website as electronicscomp , people everywhere have told that these sites are trash.

Similar stuff happened to me as well, perhaps multiple times I believe.
- check multiple epacket/ems tracking sites, all of them will probably provide differing information, idk why does this exactly happen but it partially might be because of loss in translation?
- Like once it showed me something like “exception, package returned …xyz…” but then after a few days, one step was still that error message but next update in the same series was it is with Indian customs. Then it just got delivered after a few days? tf?
- They ship it again if it actually gets sent back to them.
Raise a chargeback if you paid by CC or raise a fraud request with your bank if done via UPI. Also send electropi an email clearly saying to refund your money. Worked for me
