Hope they come up with a 4’ device upgrade too? I am not going to buy the big screen iPhone as 4’ is just a sweet spot for me. I think iPhone 5S might be my last iPhone till it lasts. 
There are no rumors about that so i reckon that is not going to happen. The only thing they will do is keep iPhone 4S still on sale for free (with contract in US), iPhone 5S for $99 and may be screw it up more by introducing a 8GB version (Fck you Apple).
Gotta to buy a new case for my iPhone 4S. With this pricing, I have to protect my 4S so it can serve me for more years to come.
