Recently, I met an OLX seller in Visakhapatnam who purchased GPUs for his editing and rendering work. The GPUs were used for only 3-4 months before he closed his shop due to losses. I bought an RX 6600 XT from him for 14k (he offered this price because he’s clearing stock). It’s working flawlessly, with temperatures under 70°C at max stress. I feel ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3070 AMP Holo Twin for 22K ( I understand it a bit expensive for second hand) but this is only GPU I found so far which have close to 2 years of warranty, plus the seller lives like 10 minutes from place.
I have RX 6600XT, it’s capable of 1080p ultra. And also 1440p medium/high.

It is def possible to get 3070 under warranty for 17k
IF he is giving brand warranty, go ahead with the deal, just make sure to verify the bill before purchase, and on FB Marketplace, always deal via Admin (from trusted groups like Zoukart / JDS Tech etc etc). Never pay in advance.
Or go to their place and manually check and then buy the item.
And if he is only giving seller warranty, no brand warranty, chances are there that the card is a mined one.
I myself got stuck with 2 x 3070s (14k each) where both died in like 4-8months
Yeah, OP is fine paying the slightly higher price due to the long warranty + the seller being 10-15 away form his place so he can check everything which is an important criteria for OP
I bet that these cards were not mined; I bought one a week ago, and the temperatures are idle at 38°C and max at 65-70°C. He’s reliable and trust-able.
