My CA have filed the IT returns and I verified it also and I received the that everything got completed.

My father is retired pensioner of age 75 years and his refund hasn’t yet been processed and the CA was saying that my father has to pay 10k extra.
Does this IT fellows deducting tax, end by 80 years right?
Filed on 12th September, still not processed. It’s simple ITR1 under new regime and no deductions needed. I wonder what they are doing, leveraging our few Ks to rescue Adani somewhere?

Filed and verified on 3rd August, and it still isn’t processed. ITR-2 with a small refund.
Mine! Submitted with refund around 20th July. Still pending. Last year I submitted around the end of June with a similar refund amount and they processed and credited refund + interest around September. I thought this year I’d get it by October but no luck.
idk if this will help, just sharing my 2 cents TLDR version -
-last year similar thing happened with my friend his return receiving bank was SBI
-he updated the KYC for his SBI account and after KYC update he got it within 3-4 days.
-there was that one time when his itr filiing guy input wrong adhar/pan card no. it was one character mistake but that time it had showed return failed and had to demand the return again.
but that would have shown in the portal, that KYC is missing which is unlikely the case with us. For me, its been stuck with no status update since July 4th.
