Same here.

I liked it.
But it also felt a lot like Uncharted to me.
Which is not a bad thing at all.
Its been made by ioi that means we gonna see hitman game mechanics also.
PlayStation has unveiled when it will showcase 30 minutes of gameplay for the highly anticipated 007 First Light, developed by IO Interactive
PlayStation revealed in its X post that it will be showcasing 30 minutes of gameplay of 007 First Light on September 3 in a new State of Play livestream. The livestream can be viewed on the official PlayStation YouTube channel, which has been linked below.
excited to see what IOI cooks with this IP
Let’s just hope James Bond can jump unlike Agent 47. ![]()
I hope this game does some justice to Bond, but I’m not keeping high hopes. They began murdering Bond bit by bit right after Casino Royale. No Time to Die was the final nail in the coffin, the most woke and un-Bond-like film ever.
what made no time to die woke? bond in itself is a mediocre spy series, its a better action series
Looks more Mission Impossible than James Bond.
Seems they are using a revised version of the Hitman WoA engine, so looks dated. The mechanics and graphics seem to be from a decade ago which isn’t surprising.
The gameplay will have to do most of the heavy lifting. As a Hitman fan, don’t mind the similarities, but a bit worried about scripted action sequences as IO Interactive doesn’t have much experience in that genre.
Anyway, it is just over 6 months away, so will know soon enough.
Looks like it needs a little more than 6 months of polishing to be a good game.
Not sure what tone they’re aiming for, parts of the runway action sequence felt like it’s straight out of a south indian action flick.
True but don’t think the can change much. The engine is outdated, NPC behaviour is that odd way of dumb and even the overlays are just a minor revision from Hitman.
They were able to do a quick turnaround for cheap as an independent studio by just building on Hitman.
Mostly will see performance improvements but can’t see the gameplay changing much. Feels more like a DLC for Hitman but if that helps the studio financially then all for it.

…it better have all the queens as playable character too.
You missed the most interesting part of the requirements. This was posted on their Twitter handle. You need phantom hardware to run the game, a 9500K and a 8GB 1660.
Something tells me it is going to be really bad on the system at launch.
Wait a minute…
I have laptop version of 3050 4gb.
And AMD Ryzen 5600 H.
16 gb Ram ddr4.
Will it not work even with minimum setting?.
