As you can see in my above screen shot all 3 were picked up. Here is another screen shot. I got refund for all 3.

They took 2 of them. third one is just not being processed for return.
I again have to keep uploading pics and keep requesting for return.
What a nightmare this Croma service is.
I just cancelled my other order from Croma for something else.
Returned one of them, which I bought for ~750rs, but keeping one(~150rs) since it’s working

Yaar just one of my bud was working out of all 3 and trust me . Amazing clarity. I was watching youtube video of our Air Chief and his speech were clear.
I really wished even one worked for me.
Oh very good. Just the feel of it looked premium. The buds too were nice quality and didnt feel plasticky

Manage to convince them that even the last one is bad. They finally called and imitated return.
I had initiated return on Tata nue app but no one came. I opened the second one too and that too is junk. The case doest even charge.
how were you able to ? i raised one return request on neu and one on croma. neu one is stuck in ‘open‘ and croma is stuck in ‘in-progress‘ and they’re well past the ‘we’ll contact you in 24 hours ‘ mark
I kept raising the issue multiple times. I think I raised it almost 7-8 times with same shipment. kept sending them photos of the bud not working.
Finally they gave up I think. Because they also kept saying ticket raised and we are trying to reach you.
Their customer care office would have been flooded with my ticket. It is a nightmare and lot of time waste tbh. very bad service.
The piece i bought is charging up and all fine, but not showing when I try to connect to mobile or tab
Even if it manages to connect you will see battery percentage dropping within seconds of usage.
It will not hold battery.
Just return it imo.
