If the issue is comfort, try aftermarket tips. You can also swap them with your old tips, or another set that fits your ear better. I’m assuming you’ve already tried all three sizes that came with the IEM.
Yes i did tried all the sizes the pain reduced as i went towards the larger sizes but the problem is still there. I can feel pain on the soft bone inside the ear. I dont know why but i am much more comfortable on iphone earphones. Maybe the weight can also be an issue. Not sure what can be the solution.
