c,c++,c#(currently learning),java(a bit of it),php(very very little),VB,VFP,VC++(a bit),HTML,ASP(using VBScript(little bit))

the programming languages question can be asked in programming section isnt it.. i thought all will understand why i posted here such a question and so on… :slight_smile:

English, kannada, Hindi. thats it.

almost forgotten to speak and write hindi, hate to speak in English…

can read and write in English and Hindi.

Can understand (not speak/write/read) Marathi and Punjabi.

Can read/write in Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and English.

Can understand most of Urdu, Telugu, Coorgi (is that even the right name?), and a little bit of Malayalam :slight_smile:

Can only read & write (but not understand) Arabic. Can understand (not read/write) Punjabi & Marathi!

U might say “Phew…that’s a lotta languages!” So here I tell u how I know these languages :

  1. English & Hindi —> Taught in school. :wink:
  2. Gujarati —> Taught in school & also I live amidst Gujjus. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
  3. Urdu & Arabic —> I’m a Muslim. So, these r a must! :tongue:
  4. Marathi —> Well, my mother has recieved her education in Maharashtra. :tongue:
  5. Punjabi —> This may sound far-fetched, but am fond of the tone of their language :face_with_tongue: . So, learnt this one on my own.

tats all..
i liked shorthand thingy..but couldnt study.. when i was small, i used to create some symbols for alphabets and write some crap in that code..i donno why i used to do tat.. :slight_smile:

can read/speak/write : Kannada, hindi, English, 1337
Can read : Telugu (very similar to kannada)
can understand telugu, bits of tamil and malayalam :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Can understand → Konkani (Mangloreian), Tulu, Tamil
Can understand bits of Marathi hope to change that to full understanding soon :slight_smile:
