LifePO4 battery pack with BMS as replacement for Lead Acid in UPS

Hi, has anyone tried using LifePO4 batteries in place of Lead Acid ones in UPS?
I have an old 600VA UPS with 12V SLA. I have seen youtube videos and checked their comments to see if it will work in the long term and seems like it does.

However, I am still not convinced to the point of getting it replaced.
I have a LifePO4 battery pack which I have made by myself along with a BMS. 4S configuration.
I am concerned with the charging circuitry, which the SLA uses. I am aware that it will not charge the LFP pack fully due to the voltage limit set for the SLA.
I am ok with it, since the pack is of 15Ah, I guess I can manage it even if it gets 80% charged.

I’m looking for some one who has already done it and would like to hear their experience.

I hope i don’t start a fire

Have you used the magnifying glass icon on the top right? It is fantastic -
