I have been looking for Compaq Presario V6000 charging adapter, which online isn’t available somehow , only local brands mostly
Does anyone have any idea if there is any possibility for getting oem charging adapter for laptop or any alternative but good and reliable brand

That looks like a standard barrel plug. If you still have the old charger, try to find the voltage / amperage specifications. Finally also check if the positive terminal is at the center or the outside. With this information, you can search online for a compatible barrel plug power supply
You can try your local laptop repair shop/market. You will easily get a used original laptop charger from there. It is better to buy used original charger than a new aftermarket charger, in my opinion.
OEM charger might be hard to find, If you don’t want to go with local brands, what you can do is, since it is just a power supply with barrel jack connector, you can look into other OEM manufacture chargers that you can buy new, ASUS, Lenovo, Dell etc, you just have to match the output voltage written on your charger and the polarity mention by @@tearphones above.
Don’t worry about the current output specification, a higher current charger is generally safe because the laptop will draw only as much current as it needs.
