I am looking for a computer table that should have sliders for keeping keyboard and mouse. The length should be around 120 CM and width good enough to provide a distance for playing games at 27 in screen without moving eyes.
Can you also recommend me a good Gaming Chair?
I am 6’1, I weigh 110KG and I have a back problem. How is this?
Can you recommend me some? Its important that the chair should be strong enough to accommodate my weight. I weigh 110KG, adjustable arm rest is necessary. height adjustment, tilt adjustment. On top of that I have back problem, disc bulge on L4 spine. So the chair should be comfortable so that i can sit long enough without much strain on the back
Sharing some advice based on my experience a few months ago:
As others have mentioned, would stay away from “gaming” chairs and go for a nicely built ergo chair. Also highly recommend visiting the store personally and sitting on it for 15-20 mins to get a feel of it.
Going by the link you shared, I presume you’re comfortable with spending ~10k.
If you’re in Bangalore, check out Toqri.com - they have refurb’ed chairs at good prices. Was able to pick up a Featherlite Liberate for ~9k. It has seat depth adjustment, plus the backrest tilts with you—might be helpful for your back issues. Listing some other brands for you to check out:
PelicanWork - looks premium & sturdy, bit on the pricier side.
SuperErgo - New in the scene, not sure but their website is done really well lol. Reviews seem endorsed, but more or less honest.
Featherlite - Mine is a Liberate, but they have other chairs around the ~20k mark that look good.
Tbh I’d go with established or proven brands, since I spend 6+ hours at my desk. I did look into other brands like Drogo and GreenSoul, but they had mixed reviews in terms of product quality and customer support, so avoided them. Also would stay away from IKEA, as they felt very “form-over-function” (have tested some in-person). Happy to share more if you need it.
Since you have specific requirements, i would recommend going to a shop and actually sitting on the chair you may want to consider. like others mentioned above, you may consider some branded ones as well. I have a featherlite one - i had posted my review here in TE on the same some time back.
