Fake flacs can easily be identified through spectral analysis in audacity. Fake will have a shelf around 16 khz and random artifacts above 19 khz whereas a true flac will have a cutoff off at 22 khz with proper spectral graph
The lossless music available will also be available only via wired headset right ? not via Bt .
What mobile you have? Lossless BT, more properly APTx Lossless requires BT 5.3 and a modern SD cpu. Rest all BT will be lossy.
This reminds me of the Foobar Player for listening to flacs. I have been using the paid version of Spotify and its good. Getting flac will be another experience altogether.

I will buy Spotify if they start giving pure lossless audio… Otherwise it will be waste of money
No lossless audio in India. Have shifted to apple music.

There goes the hope of getting Lossless audio on existing plans in India. Plan cost is increased and number of users reduced to 3.
I’m glad i switched over to apple music a few months back , It’s not as good as Spotify when it comes to recommendations and stuff but no way I’m paying 300 every month for Lossless + Bunch of other AI crap on Spotify .They also increased plan prices , I remember paying 59 per month for the student plan now its 100 .
