Now since you made the allegations here and we cannot know whether Xiaomi Service Centre made the allegation or not, so effectively it is you who has to prove.
I know, you are going through it but being objective this is how everything is seeming to a third party observer.
If you prove that it is a stolen phone, I will rally behind you. But until then, this allegation is made up.
