I’m not too sure which motherboard you should get, thing is AM4 is now considered an old platform and thus suffers from limited supply (at competitive price at least). I’d suggest you just buy a Ryzen 5600 so that this way buying a mid-range all rounder motherboard makes more sense, If you need a motherboard for just a Ryzen 2600 than literally any AM4 chipset one will do.
I think @bakasur is selling a used 5600 here, If you sell your Ryzen 2600 maybe you can get everything at or close to the budget.
For PSU yes that MSI one is great, Deepcool (Gamerstorm) PN750M is an alternative option. I compared both on cybenetics and they both fair similarly. Someone said the MSI’s fan makes a lot of noise but I checked the noise level and it was actually quieter than Deepcool one. Maybe the complainer is one of those who live a room without ceiling fan so its quiet in the room and the MSI ones fan doesn’t stop spinning while PC is idle.
