Just bought iphone 16e and going to migrate from moto g45 after using it for 3 months. Was using iphone 7 before.
I have a iCloud backup of that iphone 7.
I was wondering if I could merge the iCloud backup and movetoIOS procedure so that I don’t lose any messages and call history.
I have a feeling I’m probably going to "only* have to use the iCloud backup but no harm in asking.
Move to iOS pretty decent, it moves all ur SMS, WhatsApp chats, Photos and also contacts… not sure about call history though

I suggest restoring from the original iCloud backup.
Whatever you have on your Android device, there are likely many tools available to back up your call history, messages, and app data.
If possible, then find a way to transfer this data to your already restored iPhone. If that’s not feasible, then at least store the data somewhere.
There are probably several apps that can make Android data browsable, in case you need to look something up later.
