Bhai just test the mobo before 7 days are up. After that return will be impossible in flipkart. Atleast just post it once and see if ram / cpu are detected and system posts to bios
So a barebones test with the cpu, cooler, ram, GPU?
at the very least if not a full fledged over night occt session

Got another call from flipkart. Asked me to send the MSI rejection email to them again and told me to wait for 1 more business day ! I asked for a replacement with the same model but new piece so I get warranty from MSI or to somehow get MSI to provide warranty on the board that I already have. I know flipkart won’t do anything and at this point of time this board is basically an orphan ![]()
The most they’ll do in such case is return and refund (After couple more calls and asking for the same letter again XD)
Should have done this on day 1 you know. Both parties will continue to play this game of pushing the responsibility otherwise. Most likely Flipkart will cave in now (AS THEY SHOULD) and you will get a resolution but by chance they don’t ask for a proper rejection email and then make a consumer complaint tagging both parties. That should get them off their asses.
I had sent them the MSI rejection letter 3-4 days back itself but got a call today to send it again. Maybe their email system is broken ? Who knows at this point

Now they’re asking for a job form or a ticket to move the complain forward that MSI is denying warranty. The service centre nearest to me is 500kms away

Isn’t the email confirmation enough ? Take this to consumer court would be my suggestion. They lose the moment the court officials see the 1 year warranty mentioned on the bill and on Flipkart page.
Flipkart will NEVER solve this. Just ignore the warranty part. That’s what I am doing now
Edit : Flipkart grievance called me and told me that the email from MSI rejecting warranty coverage is fake and I need a piece of paper from the service center denying warranty. I asked them on what basis is the email fake? Why is electronic mail not authentic enough for an electronic commerce platform.
I told them that to go to the msi service centre to get the piece of paper will cost me 5000 rs as lost time and 2000 as Ola charges. Flipkart should reimburse me for the same once I get this piece of paper because I am doing this on their behalf. I told the lady to check with her legal team If she’s allowed to say that the email I shared with them can be legally called inauthentic and on what basis is Flipkart claiming this.
Flipkart only knows how to harass customers by asking for random things - delay and tire the customer into submission so that they can close the case. I have given up on them now.
Same thing they were asking me for a job form or a ticket number and MSI keeps saying that the email is enough confirmation for denial of warranty.
Ive sent MSI, Acro, Flipkart all a final notice before I file a case in consumer court.
After I sent that email Flipkart calls me back asking to share the email which already is in the support chat ive shared a week ago.
They said they are gonna get back to me in 24 hours and I basically told that you guys have been doing this for a week now Im gonna take legal action soon if it isnt resolved.
Flipkart is called scamkart for a reason. They are incorrigible. I told the lady who called me that I will share my msi account login with Flipkart on email and they can login and check warranty status for this serial number directly in my account. I told her that Flipkart can itself send an email to msi and acro with my mobo serial number and see what reply they get if Flipkart feels that the email I have sent is not genuine. Flipkart is actively defrauding users now
lol the only thing i ordered from them is nothing phone and thats it thats the last one .
Flipkart closed the complaint today and emailed me that they have completed their investigation and the product is fine and has brand warranty. They told me that the email from MSI is wrong !

flipkart basically told us we got our money’s worth and the performance is also good and we should be happy with what we got. Rai ka pahad mat banao by emailing us that there’s no warranty. They learned customer service from legends

I spoke with a junior of mine who’s a director in Flipkart. Let’s see. He’s not in the right department but atleast he can ask someone else to look into this. My immediate senior was a SVP in Flipkart but quit a year back so no point bothering her with such a case.
Flipkart is also Bangalore based and believes the customer got his money’s worth after scamming him ![]()
