Received M705 at home yesterday afternoon, after some avoidable delay imo and not by the preferred mode of shipping with insurance, despite paying for the same.
Checked contents later at night but didn’t have AA batteries to test.
Good to see mouse was sent in a bubble wrap pouch inside a hard box.
One mouse foot is missing.
Mouse had significant amount of some liquid all over the battery cover and beneath, like small puddles of it.
Also on the buttons. I don’t think it was there in the sale post photo.
Smelt like WD40 maybe.
Wiped a lot of it before inserting batteries.
Pics attached are taken after testing. It was way too much before.
Left click is very spongy, not sure how soon it can fail.
Right click seems normal clicky like old Logitech mice.
Will return this if @@hardyieks is willing to do so.
You had said “No rush. Whenever convenient for you.” although it was a good gesture …it created a misunderstanding that u were in no hurry in receiving the mouse. Hence i shipped thru delhivery express which was 1/4th the cost with only 1 day of delay..saving u the money…
..I had also clearly told you " if u do not like the mouse u can return it!" before i had shipped the mouse to u…so once i have received the mouse back i shall refund it to u
Very poor communication imo.
I had to ask several times over 24hrs maybe if payment received.
Then you chose to go ahead with shipping as it pleased you.
These are some reasons I chose to update my observations here instead of WhatsApp first.
Did I mention the preferred shipping mode clearly (since same city delivery would be same day vs 2-3 days)?
Did I ask you to let me know shipping cost for Borzo, Porter with insurance added?
Did I pay for the amount as informed?
When I asked about the sms received from Shiprocket, did you say only checking?
When I got an sms again that item got shipped via Shiprocket the next day despite all the discussion, did you ask me before sending if I wanted to go with your preference to “save me money”?
Did you ship it with insurance?
Did you reply anything when I asked if package sent via Shiprocket is insured?
Did you inform me on your own that you will ship via shiprocket only and will refund the additional money I had paid for shipping, before I messaged why sent by Shiprocket?
If a buyer is willing and has paid the money asked for preferred shipping mode, with insurance, shouldn’t the seller have the basic courtesy/etiquette to call/text before doing as they like?
Did you tell me you were on a deadline in the first place ?
you preferred to pay via neft which is very time consuming, despite me telling u can upi it which is way fast?
you had to ask several times thats because…you had to add me as a beneficiary and send a test amount and make final payment. this took 24 hrs.
finally when i received the payment it was already a weekend and wefast charges are dynamic, they had already increased their delivery charges
you could hv got it picked up urself, if u wanted it to be so urgent. wasn’t that an option ?
despite all of this i had already told u, u can simply return the mouse and ill refund u…isn’t this insurance enough ?
Also the mouse first click is alright, it works properly, it could feel slight spongy, as its a used mouse and hence the price!
also it depends on where u place ur finger on the click!
u cant expect it to work like a brand new mouse with a crisp clicking sound…
the foot which your saying is missing… is actually not missing!
thats the way it looks on this mouse! or you would hv seen a proper groove instead of a flat surface!
you should realize your posts could be misleading and will also affect other potential buyers… possibly ruining my sale!
