Multiple OS bootable Disk

i have bootable disks of Winxp Pro, Win2000 prof, winME and Win98SE and Knopixx live Cd.

I want to put all this bootable Os’s in a single DVD. When i put this disk while the computer is booting it should display the list of Os’s and i should able to install the os. Kindly Help me.
