Just wanted to drop an update on the xpg Rma process which went reasonablly smoothly.
- Xpg Rma is handled by Acro
- You can place a request Here
- You will need to upload invoice and device pics
- They enabled a pickup from my home address (I’m in a metro ; can’t confirm for smaller places)
- When they receive, or ship… The status of Your Rma application gets updated
- They tested the unit
- They didn’t tell me what’s wrong but simply shipped a replacement.
- I got a new unit as replacement.. Entire process Roughly took 3 - 3.5 weeks.
