Does anybody have the idle power consumption numbers of this board without any hdd and just a single boot nvme/disk ?

Some forums say few chinese boards have quirks that cause far higher idle consumption than typical n100/n150 boards.

The boards with ASM chip can go in deep sleep states

I thought powertop is for battery powered devices ? I see wattage on laptop but minipc doesn’t give wattage results.

it still shows package c states, if all devices supports aspm we will see lowerc states. lower the cstates lower the power consumption.

for exact power figures as you said we need to measure at the wall.
