Does anyone have a broken ps5 controller with no use? I lost a spring in the right trigger adaptive mechanism while deep cleaning mine.
For 2 days I have been trying to find it but no luck. That particular spring isn’t even up for sale in India. So my best bet is a donor controller.

Clothes pin clips, or small paper clips will have a similar mechanism. Have you tried that? Also, did you try getting a cheapo controller and use that for parts?

and open the first link you will find lot of accounts that do controller repair, message all of them, someone might be willing to send you one for a fee.
Are you sure your spring is not more like this?
because these ones are available on amazon.
With enough persuasion the spring in the second image can be made into the first one.
Cheap controller wont have that spring, it is for the adaptive trigger and not the trigger itself. Sad.
yeah, I am visiting delhi next month so might just get it done there now
yeah this is diff, the one I lost is almost half in size and wire used for it is also very thin
yup, but it wont fit, diff radius springs, not much space there
Are you sure this is the spring because online resources show the kind of spring @Heisen posted to be present in the adaptive trigger.
Yes it’s very different. In shape and size too.
