I would suggest TPS over the other. They are based in Bangalore and are more reputable.

Have bought few batteries from tpstech.
They are reliable and provide good customer support.

One of the battery bought from tpstech failed to charge after 2 months, contacted tpstech, they provided a replacement swiftly.

All the batteries provided good battery backup.
