B580 seems to be a 4060 with more VRAM, but raw performance is weaker than a 3060Ti, so no significant impact on the market:

It is difficult to expect anyone to commit to Arc with the impending launch of Nvidia 5000 and AMD 8000 series and its driver limitations. They would have sold decently 6 months back but Intel manages to screw up their launch every time.
