Do they accept bad esn mobiles?
LG does. This has been sent to lg. They will repair/replace and send back to a US address..

Ohh Sorry. Forgot to update you. Btw thanks for help . LG near my place said the device isn’t turning on even after inserting new battery so I thought shipping it to LG US for RMA will be best option.

Update : LG USA refused to repair the device and returned it as it is saying some Epoxy cracked and the device is not repairable
