Can anybody tell me how much would a 1 and a half year old APC RS 1100 backup cost? I’m planning to upgrade and wanted to know how much could i quote this one for.

Reasons for the low price : LGA775 which is EOL and DDR2 which is also almost EOL.

Expect ~3.5k for the mobo + cpu. Reason for the low amount is that the Phenom is 2 generations older plus slightly more power hungry and it is a tri core. Also, being an AM2+ model, it will not have DDR3 support. Expect around 800 bucks for the RAM.
come on guys bought all of it for Rs. 11000

@5K, finding takers will be difficult with a new Pentium G620 + H61 coming for ~6.5k. Plus 4GB of DDR3 ram ~ 1.3k
If something new costs 6.5 plus 1.3 then old with local warranty of 1.5+ years will sell for 3-3.5 plus 0.5
