Expect somewhere around the 9.5/10K mark max. But, TBH, the only place where WP >> Android/iOS is the inbuilt FB/Twitter integration.

If the issue is with RAM, replace the RAM unless its soldered on to the mobo. You will get about 5/6k for the item max after its fixed.

You should get about 9k for the CPU + Mobo + RAM
