Woah! You must be kidding! The main issue with the phone is that its based on the Tegra 2, which is poorly supported. comp@ddict can explain this issue. And to make matters worse, Atrix 2 is available for about 18k.

If it has 3 yrs warranty, expect about 3.6k for the same.

When 3.5" 800mhz phone are selling for 12k I think 12k for Atrix is not a bad price. Also it has a good community support. Performance of Atrix and Atrix 2 are similar, infact Atrix 2 scores lower on benchmarks than atrix (I have used both)
