But you’ll need to produce a Proof of Purchase for your phone if you try to get it done at Nokia Care. Other option is to get the firmware reflashed from a local cellphone repair shop. They don’t need PoP.

BTW, do note that all your Data will be permanently erased.

Also, the Universal Unlock Code doesn’t work on some S60v3 phones. You can give it a try though.
