Nov 2025: Asrock motherboard RMA experience

Hey Everyone, Just wanted to share the recent RMA experience of my Asrock B650M HDV M.2 motherboard. A week back, my motherboard stopped working after I had opened the PC for cleaning. Tried booting it with minimal components but didn’t work. So, I searched for Asrock RMA center in Pune and found out TVS Electronics in Yerawada provide the service. I tried contacting them via Landline and was able to reach out to person responsible for Asrock RMA. He asked me to carry invoice along with motherboard. I went to the shop next day, the person arrived late due to vehicle emergency and apologized for the inconvenience. He inspected and motherboard, invoice and said he’ll providing the replacement as it is in warranty. He asked to wait for a week and provided his personal contact for any queries. A week later i.e. yesterday, I went to pick the replacement and picked up the motherboard after short documentation. Tested the motherboard today, it is working well. Overall, really happy with the experience and will recommend Asrock components if one is based in Pune. Thanks
