Pagemaker is almost 24yr old software and if you intend to use PS from the same era then almost any config post 2010 will be able to run these two buttery smooth. No need to invest in a new one.

)), MOBO and 16GB RAM possible. Ditch the HDD and switch to SSD.

This is also one of the reason Windows11 is running shit (backward compactibility). But hey corporation wants this feature and pays to Microsoft. We can hate Windows but from developement and code redoplyment prespective this is actually great and complex at the same time.

getting this processor for second hand n ph61asus mobo n 4 gb ram for 5k worth it.

Will do. Just bump the ram to 8gb and you are set for any dtp and light graphical work.
