ya fear is released & i found the game to be crap compared to the sp of q4.
thats just the way i feel. maybe others like it but i dint. gfx also are worse than hl2/d3/farcry. maybe the gfx are better in the latter stages but in the 1st 2 levels it was average.
It’s a nice scarey game with nice fireworks.
Graphics are nothing special compared to farcry/d3/hl2.
Not played quake4 so no idea how good that is…
Actually graphics looks awasome… But you need a high end machine for that… FEAR is a resource HOG… CPU is used as a PPU and for AI and GPU for graphics…

lol, Still looks the same.
But I never said it looks bad, just not as great as farcry etc. to justify the low performance.
It’s too bland part from the fancy explosion effects.
They need valves’ texture artists and mappers.
