I also had a Cowon D2+ with me but the battery had drained off . Personally having tried the FiiO X3 and few other expensive DAPs I am not a huge fan of spending so much on so called audiophile portable players. I would rather test the IEMs with my desktop DAC + amp at low gain setting etc. Also the Clip+ / Fuze etc series has to be one of the most neutral PMPs I have tried so always prefer that for testing IEMs … maybe add an amp if needed.
