AllDebrid is also based in France and subject to the same rules. Debrid service value is based on cached content which is still higher on RD. At least when I made my purchase, AD was more expensive, so it didn’t make sense to go for it. It is supported by all the apps that have RD integration, so that is not a problem.
I get more speed from their Mumbai servers than what is registered on Speedtest.
